Master Sergeant Eric Russel is the founder of the first International Young Marines Program and is the recepient of the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
After retiring from the Marine Corps, Eric decided to dedicate his time to providing leadership and life-skills training to youth of all ages.
Eric also serves as the President of Toastmasters International's Beaufort Chapter, a non-profit organization that helps individuals develop leadership and public speaking skills.
After being married for close to 3O years and raising three children, Eric believes that it is important to develop leadership skills not only for professional development, but also to become more effective parents and spouses. He is a true role-model worthy of emulating.

Tiffany Anisette is a graduate of Webster University where
she holds a Masters Degree in Business Management.
She is the owner of Wellness At your Door - a mobile massage company. Tiffany believes that “Touching people’s lives is important, but to be able to touch the lives of those who really need to be touched is even more gratifying.”
Tiffany recently launched her new company, Tiffany Anisette, which allowed her to use her creativity to bring her Million-Dollar idea to life. She now has a national patent pending design on a new designer handbag.
She will also be releasing two books in ’09, entitled
"Dare To Be A Diamond", her personal life story; and
"Purse-U-ing Your Dreams", an inspirational pocket book.
Tiffany has endured numerous challenges as a child and
teen; but as an adult she realized that she had the power to change her life’s direction and make choices that will take her to all the places she only dreamt of.
Today she enjoys sharing her life experiences with students in order to help them see past their circumstances; she helps

Ron Kirby is a world traveled educational and motivational speaker that has over 37 years of Leadership experiences in Corporate America and the Marine Corps.
His passion is speaking on Leadership, Personal Development, Innovation, and Educational Experiences.
Sergeant Major Kirby served 32 years in the United States Marine Corps deploying to over 40 countries and having the privilege of providing Leadership training in a variety of cultures.
He has provided extended Leadership training in Beirut, Lebanon and Bucharest, Romania. He developed and implemented a Leadership program for these countries that has provided them with tremendous success in developing their Leaders of the future.
He developed and presented his findings and solutions at the Pentagon and was selected by The President of the United States and the Secretary of Defense to provide extended long term (14 Months) training for the Romanian army.
Ron takes great pride in the fact he has contributed to the leadership and promotion of success for countless individuals during his career.
He especially enjoys speaking to youth groups and inspire them with his exceptionally great public speaking skills, his rich and diverse background, and personal inspirational stories.
